Noviembre, 2009 Ecuador- 728USD millones es el fondo que destina España para
programas conjuntas de desarrollo, entre estos ambientales, en 50
países. Entre estas hay propuestas financiadas en Perú, Guatemala,
Ecuador, Colombia, Filipinas, Turquía, Panamá, China y otros 10
paises en las cinco regiones del mundo. Estos programas trabajan con
comunidades locales y gobiernos de diferentes niveles para apoyar
esfuerzos de adaptación al cambio climático.
