Culture for reconciliation in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The MDG-F is funding a joint UN programme to improve understanding among Bosnia and Herzegovina's many cultural groups, and to promote the country’s unique multicultural identity. Nearly 560 workshops, trainings, seminars, educational and promotional events have brought more than 100,000 people together, building relationships and supporting reconciliation among diverse groups. More than 2,800 teachers have been trained to use multi-cultural approaches in education, and more than 70,000 students have directly participated in project activities.
