The objectives of the projects should be focused at promotion of transnational mobility of cultural workers, support for the transnational circulation of cultural and artistic works and products and promotion of intercultural dialog.

Participants had an opportunity to learn from experience of the Hungarian Cultural Contact Points on EU Cultural Policy, application to the EU culture program, criteria for selection, procedures, additional consideration like timeframe, issues encountered, budgeting etc.

For the purpose of the EU Culture Program 2007-2013 Ministry of Civil Affairs BiH and two entity Ministries of Culture have designated Cultural Contact Points whose main task is to provide information on the program to wider audience (Edin Veladžić, Ministry of Civil Affairs; Negra Selimbegović, Federal Ministry of Culture and Sport; Snežana Đorđević, Ministry of Education and Culture of Republika Srpska). The Ministry of Civil Affairs BiH has applied for the membership to the EU Culture Program 2007-2013 and it is expected to sign memorandum of understanding by the end of 2010.
