Vocational Training Programme in Antalya Region

Summary

This is a proposed manual for organizing vocational training programmes aimed at increasing employment of vulnerable youth including young women and migrants in the agricultural sector.

A main focus in this manual was to make training programs interesting for the young, create environments, use multiple teaching methods and meet the needs of employers, i.e., that the training is carried out in actual production conditions and that trainees receive practical knowledge, skills and attitudes that they can use immediately in practice.
